Great place to relax
We spent four days with our family at the Artus resort in the Polish Krkonoše mountains and were extremely satisfied. Even before our arrival, the communication was excellent – a big thank you to Gracjan Homoncik from the reception, who spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me going through all the reservation details and explaining what the hotel offers. His English was great, he was very empathetic, and thanks to his approach I immediately felt that Artus was the right choice. The follow‑up communication regarding the deposit also went smoothly.
The stay itself was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, although there were some language barriers at times – especially at the bar, in the restaurant, and in the SPA. Still, everyone genuinely tried to communicate and assist, which I really appreciate.
The food was excellent with a very good selection. The wellness area – pools, jacuzzis, saunas – was perfectly clean and pleasant, with friendly staff. Parking was easy and the location is beautiful, ideal for trips and hiking.
Overall, we were truly happy with our stay and I definitely recommend Artus. We would gladly return.

Ideal for guests with or without kids!
Often, family resorts can be a bit exhausting for travelers without kids (like the Forest Park near the Artus Resort, where we stayed before the Artus). At the Artus, one feels very comfortable even without kids. Because various measures have been taken here that contribute to the relaxation of all guests. In both large pools (which are both very pleasantly heated), there are nice large separate play pools for the kids. Where they can slide and indulge their playful instincts. Without disturbing anyone. The restaurant area is so large, and there are separate side wings, that one always finds a spot where there are no children playing around their kids' menus. However, the building technology is a bit outdated. Both the charger for our electric car malfunctioned multiple times. The toilet flush was defective. The safe was also broken - a bit much for a short 2-night stay. But - as is well known, love goes through the stomach - the excellent kitchen crew of the Artus with their outstanding, always changing menu offerings (both for breakfast and dinner) ensured that we felt completely at home in this wonderful resort despite the technical problems (which could usually be quickly resolved by the capable maintenance technician).

The best place in Karpacz
In my opinion the best place in Karpacz for reasonable money. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools including 25m indoor swimming pool! Even in a season peak 25m swimming pool is not crowded. Great meals and live cooking. Great Italian pizza in Sutra restaurant. Animations for children. I am here 2nd time and I want to come back next year.
Excellent communication of the place for the trips - local bus stop just next to Artus.
I could write much more things that I like in Artus but I attach pictues instead.

Great family-friendly mountain stay with pools and hiking
Great mountain hotel, perfect location close to hiking trails. Pools were awesome, and the food was really tasty with lots of choice. The kids’ animations looked fun (more for younger ones), but our older kids enjoyed table tennis, billiards, and cube ball instead. Relaxed atmosphere, family-friendly, and overall a great place to combine hiking with chilling by the pool.

The hotel is a fantastic example of how to create a place in Poland that meets and exceeds world standards in many respects. The pools, buildings, interior design, and garden are all wonderful. The fantastic food and exceptional service also deserve recognition! Thank you, and we hope to see you again.
