Terrible experience Kraków

Stay away

Terrible service! It was a nightclub during our say. Playing loud music until 3 am and we could not join. We tried to stay in the public bar but got told to go to our rooms at 11 pm because the nightclub guest felt uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The streets is a better place to sleep than this place

Lady at the reception was running a scam or just had no idea what she is doing there. On arrival been repeatedly told to pay for the room, even though room has been booked and paid for in advance. After long and painfull conversation all of the sudden the booking apeared out of nowhere. Room had papper thin walls where you can hear people whispering. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

3 Star's, really?

I'm not sure why this hotel is 3 stars? Breakfast basically you are sat in reception eating it. Food was less than average. 2 members of my family had dodgy stomachs from breakfast. We suspect the eggs were off as the other 2 did not take eggs. Self service Breakfast, not much choice, and no change for 3 days. The room was too hot, and the regulator did not work. The other half of the family had a cold room. In the middle of an industrial estate, although there is an Aldi and Lidl not far away. It really is miles from anywhere. Good sized car park, which remained empty for our 3 night stay. I wouldn't stay here again. Might be ok for coach parties but I'm still surprised that Breakfast was in the reception area.

OK hotel for fair price - super place for groups

The hotell is clean and service good. They have a wonderful ballrom, which is perfect for weddings or other parties. The hotel is situated outside of city, but a good location if you want to visit other parts og the area as well. Nothing in neste proximity exept a grocerystore and pharmacy.
