Amazing view from the windows

Stayed here for three nights in January. Nice, clean room, great location, near to Zakopane. There is a parking place if you need, near is the bus stop. Have to say about the window view - amazing! And thanks for nice breakfast :)

Beware of cancellations and price increases – Untrustworthy behaviour

I had booked accommodation through Airbnb for the turn of the year and was initially very happy with the price and services offered. Unfortunately, the Booking Referral was cancelled by the hostess a short time later without warning, on the grounds that the property was closed. However, this turned out to be misleading as the same property was still available on other booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com and Agoda) at a significantly higher price.
It seems that the hostess was simply trying to collect more money by cancelling the Booking Referral and offering accommodation at higher prices. This behaviour is, in my view, extremely unprofessional and unfair to travellers who rely on reliable bookings, especially in high season such as New Year's Eve.
I would like to point out to potential guests that this is a very disappointing experience. It is important to keep an eye on such practices and consider alternative accommodations to avoid similar disappointments.

Gorąco polecam!!!

Bardzo gorąco i szczerze polecam Willę Serafin! Położona jest w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko Zakopanego i innych atrakcji, wszędzie blisko, a ponadto doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic. Widoki na Giewont i Tatry Zachodnie niezapomniane, polecam pokoje z widokiem na góry. Bardzo dobra relacja ceny do jakości oferowanych usług. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, mili i pomocni właściciele Wyśmienite śniadania, bardzo dobre i do syta. Polecam!!!

Cudowni gospodarze

Apartament komfortowy z pięknymi widokami. Lokalizacja super. Śniadanka i atmosfera wymażona. Gospodarz bardzo życzliwy. Otrzymałam zostawioną kurteczkę:-) Dziękuję bardzo za fatygę i przesłanie jej paczką. Z pewnością wrócimy w to miejsce.

Sam nie wiem

Z jednej strony nie spodziewałem się luksusowego hotelu, z basenami i room servicem, ale z drugiej strony pokoje są nieco podniszczone, a taras (spory) w fatalnym stanie. Na plus zaliczam piękny widok z okna i bardzo miłych właścicieli, przyzwoite, acz monotonne śniadania. Zdecydowany minus - budynek znajduje się przy bardzo ruchliwej drodze. Samochody uniemożliwiają praktycznie korzystanie z tarasu od rana do wieczora, a i w nocy nie jest za cicho. I na końcu ceny - bardzo przyzwoite :)
