Great location in Stare Miasto. Room was on back side of hotel which made it quiet despite the noise on the street. No elevator so keep that in mind if you need one

Pleasant stay, would return again for location
Lovely hotel, not very visible its a hotel when first arrived (look for the number 21 when walking) its across from the McDonald's and down a little. Pick up keys from sister hotel round corner. My son and I stayed and felt safe and secure even though its right in the centre of the town. The weather was high thirties so the air conditioning was a blessing!!
We had a quiet back room, two singles and a small balcony which was lovely. Beds are comfy, bedding and towels were clean.
Only minor issues the shower head didn't stay in holder had to hold it and there is only one curtain which didn't cover the door/window fully but we where exhausted at night so sun didn't wake us early anyway. Taxis, transfers can't drive down the street but you can meet them/dropped off in Dominica Square or beside the Pandora store.
Cleaners are so nice they popped by everyday to check we had everything we needed coffee, towels, water etc.
I would definitely stay here again as it is safe and very convenient to everything Krakow has to offer

First, the location of this hotel was fantastic! It was close to everything, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and clean; the only problem we had in the room was that the shower arm fell off the shower wall the first day, so we had to hand-hold the shower head for showers the rest of the time. The breakfast was excellent; you had a continental breakfast to choose from and then could order a hot breakfast from the menu in addition to the buffet. Check-in and out was easy, but this hotel is an annex of the hotel down the street. It was pretty easy to find our hotel room, and there is a sign outside the hotel annex door. The air conditioner worked great, but there are no fans in the room. Finally, there is no elevator in the annex; be prepared to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs. Overall, a nice hotel for the price, and a great value! I would stay here again if we come back to Krakow!

We loved this little aparthotel. It is an incredibly convenient location, and the price was great. You can shop and quickly get back to drop items off before continuing on with your day in another area.
You check in at the hotel, then walk a block to the apartment. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful; they will hold your luggage before and after check-in if needed.
The aparthotel is a walk-up; luckily, we were on the second floor. Ours had a minifridge but no kitchen, not sure if they offer that option for other rooms. No noise from the crowds reached us, it had working ac, and the water temperature and pressure were great. There is housekeeping daily, but you can opt not to have them visit.
We did not do the breakfast option since it was right next to so many restaurants and bakeries.
Would definitely stay again!

little gem of a hotel
The hotel is good value , the breakfast was exceptional and had a good selection of choices and the staff were attentive but sometimes needed to clear the tables quicker at breakfast time
The reception staff could not do enough for you and were able to point us in the right direction
the hotel is dead central and you could not fault the location , near good restaurants and bars and the market square was about 250 yds away
The hotel has no lift so when booking the hotel ask for a lower floor as the climb is quite a struggle for older people
Overall i would go back to this hotel as it was pleasant and staff were attentive
