Really poor “hotel”.

Very poor “hostel” not a hotel. Icy cold reception , very tired looking. Beds poor, pillows poor , stains on sheets. No English TV on television. Toilet not working on arrival. Disappointing easyJet selling as holiday destination. Due to stay 3 nights. Left after 1 night. Hated the place.

everything was great overall. location was excellent and walkable to SO many historic attractions in addition to shops, nightlife, restaurants and more. staff were very accommodating and helpful. we did find a sock (not ours) under the bed and a few stains on the linen. would stay again.
