The location was excellent— very close to main square but far enough away not to hear noise from the square. The rooms were quaint. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had lots of hot water and great shower. There were many cafes and breakfast places near by and a convenient little grocery store. There were a few drawbacks however. There was alot of noise internal to the hotel, particularly from the room above in the late hours and middle of the night. The drapes could not be pulled to cover all the windows meaning bright light v early in the morning. The internet was not great— wifi would go on and off. The front entrance to the hotel was dingy. It was difficult for taxis and tour vans to get street access meaning we often had to walk a few blocks to be picked up or dropped off. Having said all this, if it was not for the internal noise in the hotel i would stay there again.

The room lacked basic amenities like a place to put your soap no shelf in the shower no smart TVs one channel with on and off English. Those were the problems. The staff were very nice and even changed to our room to a different room, but we found the fourth floor very hot. We were able to get someone to help us with the AC and accommodate us with a fan. I wouldn’t rebook.

Unhygienic, bed bugs, focusing spa bath
Do not book this property. Our trip to Kraków was completely ruined by appalling sanitary conditions, a shocking lack of basic customer care, and a management team that completely refuses to accept responsibility.
Upon arrival, we chose to pay an additional £300 directly to the property to upgrade to a higher-standard room so we could enjoy a spa bath. This turned out to be a massive mistake. The first time we turned the jets on, the bath blew out a disgusting amount of thick dirt and black debris into the water.
Far more seriously, we discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs.
We immediately brought both the filthy spa bath and the bed bug infestation to the attention of the front desk staff, expecting them to take urgent action. Instead, they did absolutely nothing to assist us or move us to a clean room. Because we had already paid a significant amount upfront, finding last-minute alternative lodging in the city wasn't logistically or financially viable, forcing us to endure the stay in unsafe conditions.
Worse still, we have since contacted the hotel management directly with clear photographic evidence of both the filth and the infestation. Unbelievably, they are flatly refusing to accept the reality of the situation or offer a refund.
This property is an active public health hazard run by a dishonest management team. We are formally reporting them to Sanepid (the State Sanitary Inspection in Kraków) for an official regulatory investigation.
If you value your health and your money, look elsewhere. Do not risk staying here.

Our 3rd visit so that says it all, great location just off the square , lovely rooms with everything you need, we will return
