Firstly the staff were lovely throughout! Has to be said a lovely positive for the hotel. Hotel spotlessly clean throughout too all maintained by the lovely cleaning staff. Area not a favorite as lots of roadworks near it so its a bit uninspiring near the hotel. It's very IKEA bland basic furniture look throughout, it needs some homely little character bits putting around it as its so clinical looking and totally lacking charisma? So its like staying in an office block or professional working hotel almost. We chose a room with a balcony to sit out, but little things let it down like just one chair? So you had to bring out the dressing table chair, not good in rain as its made of material. The other thing was, the bathroom is right next to your bed head board, with just only a glass door for any privacy 🙄 which you've none, at all, in using the toilet... apart from that glass smoked door, acoustics totally lacking privacy too, as it's all tiled wall to ceiling.. so not really ideal the whole layout of the rooms...
The other thing design of the building was the air con in hot weather is pointing towards the balcony doors of all places? Not keeping you cool as you slept. So rooms still warm at the bed area end. The restaurant is very small for breakfast so you've to wait in line in the bar atea to be called through when its busy the hotel. Its a 4 floor hotel and the eating area is too small for the rooms. So go down early! Overall a good hotel with just the above negatives..

Great hotel close to Old Town

Clean comfortable hotel only 5 minute walk from Market Square. Buffet style breakfast and a bar that serves polish dishes. There are water dispensers for still and sparkling water on each floor. Midday checkout and luggage storage.
Only gripe - NO ENGLISH TV, CNN, BBC, NAT GEO etc. surprising considering a lot of guests are British. There is airplay but it is difficult to get to work properly and Chromecast failed miserably.

Krakows finest hotel

Visiting Krakow and need a hotel?? Look no further!
Location.... perfect!
Room.... Immaculate!
Breakfast.... More than you could ever eat and so much selection..
Staff... Really helpful. We had an early start on an excursion, staff kindly put together a breakfast bag for us.
Really can not fault this hotel. We have just spent 4 nights there and would gladly go back if we were ever in Krakow again.

Nice room, great breakfast and good location perfect

Lovely twin room, perfect for city break with daughter. Great breakfast, nice staff and perfect location for visiting old town Krakow. I would return and hope to do so in the future

Amazing

This hotel is amazing. Perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to main square. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants near by. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, the food was varied and very good. The hotel bar has good quality drinks- try the Willy Wonka it’s is so good.
Hotel room beautiful, beds and pillows very comfortable.
Excellent hotel in the very beautiful Krakow.
