My only complaint (and it is a very small one) is that there were only 2 spare plug sockets and we had to move the beds to get to them

Great hotel for a visit to Krakoe

Very friendly staff, a good breakfast & comfortable rooms. We loved the Sky Bar for a drink after our excursions

Perfect accommodation in the Jewish quarter

I had a wonderful stay at the Helena Rubinstein Hotel in Krakow. The hotel is stylish and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and many great restaurants. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow who want to stay in the Jewish quarter.

Great traditional hotel in Krakow

I would highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. Location, breakfast, staff and large rooms.
For our room it was a shower over the bath but very difficult to get in and out.
Reception was unmanned at times and we didn't see anyone when we left. This did not distract from our great stay.

A nice surprise we stumbled across !!

Visited for lunch whilst visiting the Jewish quarter in Krakow. The sky bar was well sheltered despite the winds and the food was delicious!
