Fantastic weekend
We recently returned home from staying at the unicus palace hotel in the old town. Wictor was on the front desk. He was very present and helpfull. We stayed in room 211.The room was beautiful and very clean and spacious . The macrons on arrive in the rooms were the best I have ever tried. We were a few minutes walk from the main square, which was ideal. Our room was over looking the street , it was quite at night.The beds were very comfortable , the shower was a amazing. All staff were very friendly .and polite .There isn't a bar in the hotel but that didn't matter due to being so close to the main square, their is a restaurant and breakfast is available but we wanted to try diffrent places for food. On checking out we were able to leave our bags in the hotel so we could do so more sight seeing before we left for the airport. We really fell in love with krakow and will return to the hotel again. Great value for money

Great stay
Lovely, beautifully renovated hotel very near the square. Light filled rooms with plenty of amenities and comfortable beds. Can walk to great restaurants, shopping and museums.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center and about 15 minutes walk from the central station.
The welcome is professional and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is quite disappointing.
In general, I expected much better from a 5-star hotel. This is an excellent 4 stars.

Fine, but...
A really great hotel and very comfortable! I had a great time there. Bedding and rooms are at the top to rest. A few downsides though: it lacks a pool to relax after a long day, and the soundproofing deserves to be a little better. Finally, it's a bit of a shame to see the housekeepers' carts stay in the middle of the hallways (3rd floor). Despite these details, overall comfort remains very appreciable!

Unfortunately, as you have mentioned we do not have a swimming pool available in the facility, but for our Guests who wish to relax and use the pool and spa area, we have prepared an alternative. We always reccomend to visit Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town hotel - our sister property located just 3 minutes walking distance away, where Guests are able to find swimming pool and spa area.

Fantastic hotel but needs a few improvements
Fantastic hotel in perfect location
Excellent room and friendly and professional staff
Fantastic breakfast and excellent service
Although we loved our stay here there are a couple of issues that will mean we probably won’t return
Firstly although we are well accustomed to extortionate mini bar prices this place is the most expensive we have ever seen
Also I really do not like paying a huge deposit at check in
Anything we use we are more than happy to pay for at check out
