Nice clean hotel
Very friendly staff, large room with small kitchenette. Beds very comfortable. Not easy to find on the street as very limited signage. The room had no air-conditioning but had large windows to
Open. Breakfast was included this was located at a sister hotel a 10 min walk away but was very good. On the last day we had a very early morning fight so had to miss breakfast. The hotel offed to sort out a breakfast box for us to have the night before. Sadly the supplier failed to deliver so we never got it. Having contacted the manager later when we got home the manager was very apologetic but that where it ended so left us a little disappointed.

Nothing like the photos on the website
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights the staff were friendly, location was excellent but as for the hotel avoid at all costs. The hotel is so dated and grotty doesn’t look nothing like the pictures on the website. The carpets were all full of stains shower was holding water it looks like there had been a leak in the bathroom and they cut off the door frame instead of replacing it. The kitchen work top looks as if it had been damaged with the cooker but instead of replacing was just left. It’s in a side street that looks old and dirty not appealing at all. The only good thing about it was we found a lovely pub on the corner which we were going to every evening. Unless this hotel had a major revamp I want be returning. Which is a shame as the hotel got so much potential rooms are lovely and big and ideal for families.

Bugs and shower put together with a plaster
Room was awful, bugs all over the room, bugs crushed into the paint on the walls, shower head was put together with some sort of plaster, staff were very rude wouldn’t move us at all, told them about the bugs gave us bug spray that went out of date 2023!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Asked for the room to be cleaned they just emptied the bins, bedding still had marks on from when we came, shower wasn’t cleaned still had hair in, mini fridge smelt like foist and mould was awful to even open it as the smell filled the room. We had to sleep on top of the covers as the bottom sheet was covered in marks and stains.

In the situation described, the insects were mosquitoes. Unfortunately, mosquitoes can enter rooms through open windows, particularly in the evening or at night when the lights are on. While we understand that this can be unpleasant, it is a common occurrence when windows are left open during warmer evenings.
We are nevertheless sorry that you encountered this during your stay and understand that it affected your overall impression of the room.

Leone Aparthotel over priced
Their website states it’s on an atmospheric side street, not what I would call it,photos attached. I did not find restaurants that near, they were all located at or around town square, being a grey haired solo traveller I did not feel comfortable walking 10 or more minutes for dinner on my own. Room was clean and staff pleasant. Reception isnt as bright as on website, actually quite dark.
This hotel is extremely over priced.

Stay somewhere else
Definitely not 3*. The hotel is very run down. Dirty carpets not cleaned or hoovered found a pin lying along with other dirt on arrival. Rooms very hot needs a/c unit. When windows are open the noise from the street and the train lines is torture. They said that they provide ear plugs on request but when I asked they didn’t have any. You have to ask for room cleaning & towels to be changed. Shower was a death trap as there was a 12 inch high step into it and no handrail to get back out. Would not recommend
