Where do I start smart tv think the first one was invented in 2008 this hotel doesn't have one booked a standard room put on 1st floor construction till 10pm smoke smell broken kettle for 2 days the staff are very nice will help where they can room is ok .

3 Stars is being kind!

Booked the two room option. Walked into lounge area, smallest shower room in this area. The bedroom was large with a fridge and kettle in, no mini bar as described on the website - no character at all.
Towels were frayed, bed was made each day but definitely not cleaned.
The only thing this hotel has got going for it is the location.

Great experience

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent.
A special thanks to Ms. Gabriela for her outstanding support in arranging our rooms. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly organized and didn't spare any effort to help us and meet all of our requests. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended, and we look forward to staying here again!

Clean, smart, bright and neat. Great location. Spacious room. We had a room at the back, there was no view, but it was very, very quiet. One simple thing i really appreciated was the water dispenser, all hotels should have this. Check out the stairs, solid oak and patterened tiles beautiful craftsmanship. Would definitely stay here again.
