Brilliant place to stay for few nights..really clean and so near square .. really safe to walk about ...

Booked this aparthotel on line ..was a bit unsure..as need a code to get in building on arrival and pik up key in a key lock in building...but all was great...so clean,huge room and big batbroom..so near square..brilliant location...

Whatsapp account was set up by company,passcode for key and door issued,had a query regards the air condition was replied within 10 minutes and a technician was on site.

Not 4 star

We have just returned from staying here for a 4 night break. The location is perfect for the main square it’s only a 10 minute walk.
The accommodation itself on the other hand is just average, it’s clean but there are no windows in the room only a sky light, the aircon doesn’t work properly which therefore makes the room like a sweatbox!!
The towels are only changed if you ask for them to be, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. The access when we arrived at the hotel at 11pm was a nightmare had no idea how to get access everything is done remotely through WhatsApp. You are supposed to contact them 48 hours before arrival to get access details and key safe codes apparently, this process is not clear.
They then leave a QR code in the room asking you to leave a positive review and you can have a late free check out which is 11am. This is probably the reason they have so many good reviews.
The biggest issue I had was on the last day, we had the skylight open it was so hot in the room, I then heard voices which sounded like someone was in the room, I looked up and a man was stood on the room outside our room, whilst I was getting dressed and there is no way to close the skylight, felt extremely uncomfortable with this.

Lovely clean bright fresh hotel room

Lovely large clean fresh room. Plenty of towels and extra blanket. Large double bed with large sofa bed aswell. Would recommend it to others
