Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at So Soho LoftAffair Spa Collection. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Old Town, restaurants and shops.
The spa area was a big highlight for us. It was clean, relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after long days exploring Kraków. The gym was also good and clean. Another big plus was the free washing machine and dryer, this was extremely convenient for a family stay and something we really appreciated.
Everything felt high quality and well maintained. The only very minor thing we missed was access to a vacuum cleaner, especially when staying several days with children. It may have been available upon request, but we did not check. This is just a small suggestion, as everything else was excellent.

Rooms are clean. Spa and gym facilities are isolated and sounds creepy. problem with the car parking as road parking is always full and occupied. Staff are excellant and welcoming.

A brilliant base from which to explore Krakow

Beautifully presented, very clean and in an ideal location next to the tram and near the Jewish Quarter where we spent most of our time. Stayed in an apartment with a view on the second floor and it had everything we could have needed. The spa was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful. Can’t wait to come back

wonderful experience

Lovely stay! Everything was so clean and brand new. I used to book hotels but I decided to go for the apartments for the first time and I was so glad I did it. Staff was very friendly and kind, location is perfect (next to Kazimierz and Wawel castle). I will definetrly come back!

A brilliant stay

A brilliant place to stay. Comfortable room and bed. Spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere. Friendly reception staff. Beautiful spa area. Fantastic location. Would recommend to all.
