Great location, highly recommend.
We very much enjoyed our stay here.
We got the train straight from the airport, train arrives into shopping centre right opposite hotel so excellent location.
A short walk into city centre & you are in main square with beautiful buildings, restaurants, shops, everything you need.
We ate fairly late each night & 10 min walk back to hotel, city was busy & we felt very safe. Lots of tourists around.
Service at hotel was excellent, professional, friendly, before we arrived all emails had been replied to in a timely manner.
Hotel gave good recommendations for places to visit & helped with maps/navigating the city.
Room was lovely, very clean, you could hear trains & trams a little but it didn’t disturb our sleep.
Excellent value for money, highly recommend.

Sky Hotel - Krakow
We stayed 3 very pleasant nights here, and would definitely stay again. The hotel is a short walk from the main train station, which is under a large shopping mall and across a large plaza (where there was a beach volleyball tournament underway.) Very convenient for day trips, also. The hotel was absolutely spotless, and the staff always seemed to be cleaning/tidying the lobby and hotel front area. You have the option of daily room cleaning, just push a button inside near the door, and a light on the outside indicates whether cleaning is requested. There was also a doorbell. We were up in the eaves, with a slanted mansard-style roof, but the room still seemed spacious, with a lot of room between the bed and the desk/wardrobe/countertop. It was very hot, and the staff provided us with new, free water bottles in our room daily, which we could stash in the fridge. The bathroom was a little tight/narrow, but had some storage and, again, was very clean and well maintained. Train tracks run along-side the hotel, and the streetcar in front (below our room), but we hardly heard a thing and didn't wake us at night.

Great hotel for a city break.
Great hotel for a city break. Ideally located to visit all the sights.
Amazing shopping mall just across from the hotel - 2 minutes walk..... big bonus for us !
Comfortable room, could have been a bit cleaner for a 4 star hotel but the reception staff really made up for this with their helpfulness. We were a couple staying and were given 1 set of towels and when requesting another set of pillows to housekeeping, these weren't delivered?
The only negatives apart from this is too know that the trams run right out the front of the hotel which is great for transport links, not so great for sleeping. The main train line also runs adjacent to the side of the building so something to be aware of before booking.
Breakfast & dinner smells daily in the bathroom as if it was coming up through the main drains.
Having said that, lots of places to eat locally and great value for money.
We will definitely be back !

It's near the Old Town and train station. The property is renovated and the staff was very helpful. They provide a water bottle per guest per day. Nice touch for the hot weather. But beware of some train noises.
