Świetny klimat, rewelacyjne seanse saunowe , pyszne jedzenie , miła obsługa byliśmy w tym miejscu już kilka razy - nigdy nie byliśmy rozczarowani . Byliśmy również na organizowanej Imprezie Andrzejkowej oczywiście łączonej z seansami saunowymi - rewelacja !!!!gorąco polecam !

I had room with jacuzzi inside - unfortunately water wasn’t hot enough to stay in hot tub so paying 100€ didn’t make any sense.
Rooms are not modern
Spa area is nice and really big although not good for relaxation as they music from radio is really loud and annoying! Low quality breakfast. Good drinks and lovely cat

How not to run a spa/hotel.
It's difficult to know where to start when trying to explain how bad this place is. So I'll run through the holiday. I booked the small house for two adults and 2 kids aged 3 and 1. On arrival at 3pm at the entrance there was broken glass around the ground so the kids couldnt run about. This glass wasn't cleaned until 3 days later. We were brought to our house which was full of flies, no Aircon, dirty cooler, floor was black from dirt. The whole setup was anti children. We then discovered a huge wasps nest on the balcony so that was impossible to sit out on. When the nest was reported they already knew about it but felt it ok to still house a family there!. Still no apology from the staff. We moved to next house over at 10pm. No help from staff moving cot. That house had no cooler, no table(kettle was on the floor), no TV, no internet, broken mesh on window so you couldn't open it due to the flies, bath smelt like stagnant water..again air con was there but not working. The rest is below.
- Spa next to railway tracks, a busy road and two large farms. You won't get any sleep with windows open due to plant and dogs.
- Food was mediocre, nothing special
- Beds are like concrete
- hotel is understaffed and have no customer service skills.
- Maintenance of Sommer houses and surrounding area required.
- Houses requires a deep clean. Bath unusable, towels and dressing gowns old and hard. My towel had holes in it.
- Childrens area a safety hazard.
- car park next to houses had local youths playing loud music until 1am.
- no internet or TV in both houses.
This was a massive disappointment as this was meant to be a relaxing holiday for my family and me. They are selling it as a 4 star. Its a 2 star at best. I would never bring my family back here again, and would advise anyone looking at this to go elsewhere.
We cancelled our last day there and moved somewhere else as we got so fed up.

Sommer Residence Hotel & SPA Dies ist kein Wellnesshotel.
Witam. Po pobycie weekendowym doszedłem do w nioski że jest to agencja towarzyska głównie odwiedzana przez panów lub jak już pary szukające atrakcji matrymonialnych. Obsługa saun: dramat nie ma to nic wspólnego ze spa. Piani pseudo sauniomistrze zachowujący się niestosownie obmacując kobiety pod pretekstem masarzu podczas ceremonii. Szok i niedowierzanie. Syf i bród wszechobecny. Nie polecam. Omijać szeroko to miejsce. Jest tam niebezpiecznie pod wieloma aspektami.

Totalny relaks
Hotel dla ludzi otwartych i lubiących swobodę, świetne sauny i ceremonie saunowe (co godzinę), świetna strefa relaksu (ogród z basenem). Dobre jedzenie (niezły wybór na śniadanie - stół szwedzki) - polecam karkówkę z grilla! Jedyny minus to masaż klasyczny wykonywany przez Panią kosmetyczkę (??) to było jakieś nieporozumienie.
