Room was spacious with a balcony and robes were provided. Beds were comfortable. Bed sheets did not fit the beds properly and there were various elements in the room, from the lock on the door to light fittings that needed repair in the room. I was informed when I asked in advance that they had vegan options at breakfast, nothing was marked with allergens at the buffet and very few clear vegan options were there, very disappointing.

Mixed feelings

The room is very spacious, you can unpack everything and hang nicely, the closet is big what is great.Find the room totally nice and the bed very large and comfortable. The hotel has 149 rooms, the Ambasador Centrum also , unfortunately there is only one breakfast room for both hotels, one can imagine what is going on there if everyone wants to have breakfast. The noise level is enormous, you can only dream of a quiet breakfast. There are also a lot of children in this hotel which makes the whole situation worse. For 4 star hotel the breakfast is good but nothing special, jam, honey etc. in plastic packaging.
When I was in the room I felt like the blanket was flying on my head because the kids were trampling over us so much. You can only dream of recovery, the corridor was always noisy, as we were on the 4 floor and everyone had to walk by us to get to the spa. That was crowded and loud, too. Perhaps it would be a good idea to simply place the families with children on one floor and use upper floors for people without children. I felt like I was in a playground and not in a hotel room. I will not recommend it to anyone

Fine, but a bit old - crazy bad internet. Tv in the room was bad.
