More of a film set than a hotel

This fake Venetian Palace has to be seen to be believed. The rooms are very basic and frankly a bit dull, with no aircon but the quirky, lavish communal areas are stunning. The hotel is virtually a film set, around a small lake. We ate at the small bar on the lake, really good food at sensible prices, TIP: take some insect repellant if eating there in the evening! Definitely worth a one night stay just to see the place.

Not recommended

Pictures paint a glowing idea but campsite is unfinished and uncared for. Staff were rude and couldn't care less. Access advice to Warsaw was 'walk 5 km for the bus'. We booked for one night and then checked the poor state of the place and left.

Not very good

first the pros: beautiful, cozy, comfortable, good breakfast, large parking. cons: the staff is not very friendly. the price indicated in the hotel price tag on the website does not correspond to reality, they asked for 30% more! They didn’t explain the reason for the price increase!

We celebrated our birthday with our family! In principle, thanks to Teresa, everyone was happy! Had a fun time

The hotel looks very beautiful in the evening... the lighting and bridges are just romantic. There are a lot of nuances about the hotel. The cuisine is good, the waitresses decorate this place! They are pleasant and sociable, everything was always clean and beautiful. Teresa is simply smart . We got a lot of emotions! We really enjoyed the evening, thanks to the staff who never left our side! Thank you Teresa and Yolla for your service. There were 8 of us, everyone was satisfied with the kitchen and waiters!

Camping warszawa :(((

They claim to be a camping, but we were put on a ‘path’ to the terrace of the hotel. There were no showers, washing area, waterpoint to fill up the tank. A very loud party until 3 AM by the owners :(
