Comfortable apartment

Nice comfortable apartment in shared building.
We stayed for one night Enroute to Ukraine.
Adequate for our needs and was extremely well priced.
Location a little walk from amenities, but very clean apartment with all facilities needed for a shoe stay.

Decent Place for the Price

We took the double bedded room which was very nicely furnished. The floorboards were a little creaky and there were a couple of problems with the shower but other than that it was as nice a hotel room. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, except maybe a microwave, with free tea and coffee. It is located in a decent location not far from the centre and tram station. There is a small cafe up the road called Cho na Ciacho which I would highly recommend as it was very cheap and had really nice coffee and cakes. Make sure your phone has battery when you arrive as you need to call the number on the sign to get the code for entry. Overall a decent place to stay.

Reasonable price, nice hosts and adecquate facilities

I stayed here for the european championships and I didn't expect much to be honest. But it was very nice, the rooms where cosy and nice, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was nice and the 2 lads running the place where very nice.
I would return again if I was in Poznan

DO NOT STAY IN THIS ACCOMMODATION - BETTER STAY IN THE PARK

My wife and I stayed one night in this horrible establishment. It was rip OFF POLAND, overpriced, disgusting, filthy, fire trap,establishment that should be immediately closed down. It is a old building unfit for use , no fire escape and no fire alarm system. It contains one dirty shared bathroom and dirty kitchen per floor, for the use of 10 plus persons. It is a smelly, unmaintained and unfit for use premises, and is a sad reflection on both the booking agency and the Polish regularity authorities to promote and allow this premises to operate. We slept with our day clothes on because of the dirt and ambience of the establishment. The bathroom facilities were unfit for use with a defective toilet flush and no cold water at the wash basin. Both the floor and the bath and wash basin were disgustingly filthy and totally unkept.Our advice is do not stay here under any circumstances.
