Negative experiences
The animals had neither hay nor fresh food available during our visit. Some were strikingly thin, the claws completely overgrown – in one animal already so strong that corkscrew claws had formed. Another guinea pig had visible bite wounds and bald patches in its fur. The enclosures also seemed unkempt: The cottages were turned over, there were hardly any retreats. Overall, it gave the impression that no one had taken care of the animals for at least a day. Out of pity we collected fresh grass from the meadow and fed the guinea pigs themselves – they literally pounced on it.
The next morning we sought the conversation with the operator. Unfortunately, he was very ignorant and seemed very arrogant. He explained that the animals belonged to the caretaker, who was currently on vacation, and that he himself “didn’t know so much” about keeping them. Instead of taking responsibility, he evaded and provocatively said that if that was not okay with the animals, “they just had to be put to sleep.”
For us it was a harrowing and disappointing experience. If animals are kept on a farm – whether for decoration or as part of the offer – you should at least take care of their welfare or ensure competent care. This has nothing to do with animal love and responsibility.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Rancho Annabelle in any way.

Nur ein Punkt für das Personal
Ich habe mir den Aufenthalt anders vorgestellt – halt wie beschrieben. Leider war schon die Ankunft negativ. Das
Haus war leider unsauber. Auf den Fotos war das „Ranczo Anabella“ GEPFLEGT und SAUBER, in der Realität sah es nicht so aus.
Hoher Rasen nicht gemäht, kein Zaun (nicht sicher für Kinder), Wasserkocher total verkalkt (ekel Gefühl). Mein erster Schritt – Supermarkt und
Putzzeug kaufen, erstmal das Badezimmer richtig sauber gemacht (gründlich). Für W-Lan bezahlt aber keinen gehabt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Putzfrau?! Welche Putzfrau?!
Ich habe viel zu viel bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde mir ein anderer Preis p. P. mittgeteilt (nachdem ich gesagt habe für den Preis
haben wir uns was anderes vorgestellt). Für 4 Personen habe ich ca. 150 EUR ZU VIEL bezahlt.
Von Pferdereiten war nichts zu sehen, keine geeigneten Fahrräder für Kinder (Kinderfreundlich?!).
Fazit – für ne Nacht ok (bitte vorab sich über die Preise informieren) oder am besten über booking.pl zu buchen
