amazing site

A perfect place in the middle of an incredible forest. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious with a huge shower. Spectacular breakfast and incredible gardens. We didn't use the spa area but we went to see it and it was great. Very friendly staff.

Avoid at all cost

I burned my hand during the spa massage, which is something that should never happen in a professional setting. To make matters worse, the spa refuses to offer a refund or any form of proper compensation. They had no first aid kit or trained staff to assist, and when I filed a complaint, they dismissed it entirely, claiming everything was fine. They even suggested that I simply touched a shower faucet by accident, which was dangerously hot at around 100 degrees. As compensation for a permanent scar, they offered me 90 minutes in a cold pool—totally absurd! I would never recommend this place. It’s poorly managed, neglected, and downright unsafe. There’s no soap in the bathrooms, and the pool area is freezing cold.

Amazing place and staff

Went with my wife as a wedding present off family. Staff were very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the interior design and the thatched roof. The facilities were clean and contemporary. The health spa was very cool too. Food was excellent and healthy . We will be going back next year for a few days.

Completely avoid if they have a wedding or party on.

Returning visitor & was looking forward to returning. Still a lovely hotel in great location & much to recommend it .. BUT, strongly suggest you first check to see if they have a wedding/party on when you plan to stay. If they do, you will be obliged to sit in the open plan dining area and suffer whatever ghastly music the wedding party DJ decides to play at Mach 10 on the bass-biased PA system, 40m away from your table. This completely ruins the ambience of not just the dining area but, the whole hotel. I did ask but, other than your room, there is no other place to eat & staff don’t actually give a toss .. I assume the wedding event is more profitable so, paying hotel guests have to lump it or leave.
The hotel is simply not big enough to be both a relaxing spa hotel & a wedding/events venue.
Management need to think exactly what it is they wish to do here ..if this evening is anything to go by, will certainly my last visit here & I hope this review saves others from similar ruined evenings & weekends & associated cost thereof.

Had my wedding here and visit often-it's excellent, really excellent.

I had my wedding here and visit the restaurant often. The food and service are the best in Poznan. The restaurant is consistently great especially with the Polish classics it makes.The rooms are excellent. There's also a spa. The setting is really lovely. Great for all kinds of people and events.
