SPECTACULAR

The place is spectacular. The Hotel extremely well looked after inside with a simply spectacular setting. The facilities very well, the room very well kept, not to mention its excellent cuisine. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a place worth visiting.

Unfair charge for broken toilet lid

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a negative experience. The toilet lid broke into many pieces simply when I sat on it. I reported the incident honestly at check-out, expecting a fair response. Instead, the receptionist just asked if it happened while I was using the toilet, and when I said yes, she immediately entered something into the computer. She did not listen when I tried to explain that it happened during normal use.
Later we were informed that the cost would be charged to us, without asking if we agreed. Afterwards, in email communication, the hotel insisted that the damage could not have happened under normal use, which I strongly disagree with. I believe the material was of poor quality, and the situation was handled in a way that felt dismissive and unfair.
It is disappointing, because otherwise the stay had positive aspects. But this incident, and the way it was managed, left us with a very negative impression of the service.

This hotel is completely overpriced there are no towel rails in the bathroom minibar heating cabinet you can't dry your bathing clothes anywhere cleaning the room deficient there are no ashtrays emptied fittings and mirror dirty reception not occupied or rarely there is a hotline you can call another example two cups of coffee two pieces of cake with 2 x ice 25 euros . This is very much breakfast it will be rare and then only on request followed up at the end there were no rolls and no bread only rice waffles on my question if there are still rolls yes after 20 minutes they were there but I can no longer you can not pay at the bar either by card or write on the room is difficult to pay afterwards if the reception is not occupied staff rare you have to find them we were as tourists something lost in this hotel is of course suitable for large seminars Weddings and event as tourist you do not count there are cheaper and better hotels in Poland

No wellness

No wellness despite wellness area. Staff are trying. Only Polish is spoken. English is spoken conditionally at the reception. Kitchen is not very balanced. Rooms are clean. Beds and sleep were really bad.
