Very helpful staff

Very good location in a rather small but nice Polish town. My biggest compliment goes to the reception staff. I had a rather complicated problem with transport to my next destination. I went to the local mall in hopes of finding someone who may assist - no luck. However, the reception took great pains to be helpful. Checking out train schedules, explaining train tickets, booking taxis, advising on where to go for a particular service. It was wonderful - my stress level went down tremendously. And despite taking time and doing printing, there were no additional charges. Big kudos to the staff. Thank you

Rooms were fine but temperature and lack of blinds/curtains disrupted sleep

The staff at the front desk were helpful, the hostel is in a good location within the old town (5-10 minute walk from the main square) and the rooms are adequate.
However, the lack of blinds or curtains on the windows disrupted our sleep and we were both awake very early.

I was here for 1 night . I found it by chance , because the gps didn’t find the place and I also found parking place. The hostel is in the city centre ( it looked like). The staff was friendly and they were speaking good English. Very good price, 41€

Centrally located, OK for the price

We stayed here for one night only and, if all the rooms are as tiny and spartan as ours, one night is enough. The bathroom was very modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and good value. However the 10pm/11pm curfew (it was flexible) was annoying. In terms of value for money, it was about right.

Perfect location, enormous breakfast!

Rzeszow isn't a very big town so it's not hard to get location right but Promenada is in a good place. My room was clean and comfortable and breakfast (additional 14zl but worth it) was more than any one person could reasonably be expected to manage! Highly recommend, would stay here again!
