Very well intentioned owners - comfortable and large room with windows on two sides

We stayed one night here. It was very comfortable and the breakfast was far more than we could eat - very good. If you don't have a car, it is a bit out of the way, over the bridge to the south. We had enough power points but had to move the beds to get at them; this was a bit awkward as the beds are quite heavy.

Terrible!!!

Terrible!! Stay away!! The owner cheats as much as she can, on the spot she asks to cancel the reservation on bookingcom, thanks to this she avoids the commission, and we are deprived of the opportunity to evaluate the facility! There are also other surprises: payment only in cash, no remote control for the air conditioning in the room, even though there is theoretically air conditioning (in the room and in the descriptions on the website), this is a deliberate attempt..
Additionally, the rooms are very average: dark and noisy - next to a noisy street, notices prohibiting eating in the room...
To sum up, it's one of the worst places I've ever slept in, mainly due to the strange combinations of the owner, I haven't seen anything like it anywhere in the world. For such impressions you have to go to Sandomierz ;) I do NOT recommend it, it ruined our stay in this city.

disappointing after reading good opinions

Dark rooms and quite cold (probably saving energy), pillows used and bad quality, bad smell in the bathroom (from pipes), no kettle in the room;
quite good breakfast with good coffee, nice hosts, free parking;
however price too high for this quality.

Very friendly owners to a great mini hotel at the outskirts of Sandomierz

Stayed for one night.
It's a great place if you travel by car as it is very close to the center of Sandomierz.
Great service, very attentive to every need.
Room was really spacious, very clean and with lots of natural light.
Traditional good Polish breakfast.

Scandaleux de payé 110€ la nuit pour un hôtel de la sorte ! manque d’hygiène : 2 saint bernard dans la salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner où il n’y avait pas de jus de fruit, même pas d’eau ! et pièce très sombre. 105€ pour une chambre de 2 minuscule. Manque de serviette dans les chambres de 4. Moquette très vieille dans les chambres. L’hôtel ne vaut jamais ce prix.
