Back to the past
Above all, do not expect luxury - no elevator, the place is older than God himself, and brings my childhood memories from summer holidays. I think that back in a days it was some employee retreat for dunno, maybe miners, or railway workers?
The place is clean - by clean, I mean my standard clean, which is high. I only ate lunch there, as I don’t eat breakfasts and I preferred to spend evening in Sopot Center - but the food was good, fresh, in reasonable price. Stuff is nice and helpful, very friendly. The place accepts animals with surcharge - i think like 20 pln per night? (Dont remember). But, forget it all. You didn’t go to Sopot, to sit in a hotel, right? Seen the location? It actually is like 2 minutes to the beach. Via beach it’s another 15 minutes of walk, and you are at the pier. And this is why I recommend this place - cause honestly, I just needed comfortable bed, good staff and beach within 5 min walk - all of this at reasonable price, as for the location and date of visit.

Avoid as far as possible
Really shitty hotel, no AC, no fans, no WiFi. Everything's on ice. Feels like ancient days have long passed. The only thing that was okay was the breakfast. After a week in Poland, this was both the most expensive and the most rundown and shabby hotel we stayed in.

Tiny budget rooms good for cool weather
This little place has a quiet, friendly vibe, and a great location close to the beach. Free parking.
Other than that, it's a pretty rough stay; maybe a few notches up from camping at the nearby campgrounds.
BE WARNED; no air conditioning, no electric fans available and no cross-ventilation. I was unable to sleep during the hot August night.
Everything is in poor condition; carpets, plumbing, and furniture. Hand shower only - there was no place to hang it.
Fourth floor gave me the opportunity to work my legs (no elevator). Many elderly guests struggled up and down the stairs.

Budget hotel indeed
Try and avoid if you can. If you can't.. simply because it's the only affordable solution or because you left it to the last moment and there is nothing else snapshot available try to avoid the double rooms and try to at least get s family room.. that way you MIGHT manage addca get some sleep. The hotel itself is a tired of communist retreat which I am sure was a lovely escape from the mines or factories... it possibly the gulag. It is ugly without any charm or character. The corridors are dark and musty and in desperate need of a new coat of paint. The rooms are reasonably clean and in line with the rest of the hotel. But christ all mighty the beds. They were probably bought from polish prisons which had to get rid of them after polsnd signed the Geneva convention and could no longer legally torture prisoners.. but torturing tourists is still ok. We didn't the first night in a double room and could not get a wink of sleep because of the absolutely atrocious bed. The next morning we asked to be switched and to their credit they admitted that this is the standard of all the beds but did put us in a family room.. at least it was bigger than 2mx3m and the beds while not really better at least were not metal cots and had a biiiit of support underneath the mattress. Overall not much else to say about this "hotel". Breakfast was not terrible and it is close to water if that is what you are looking for. But absolutely not worth the money

Warning!
Mouldy, ugly, smelly rooms and surroundings (see pictures) Very overpriced. Huge need of restauration. Staff was nice and linen clean. Would advice everyone to stay away from this place as we were very dissapointed.
