Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das hotel mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Ein hotel in den man sich durchaus wohlfühlen kann. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Lage ist direkt an der Promenade und zum Strand sind es auch nur wenige Meter

Absolutely disappointing.
Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations and the description of the hotel in several respects.
There were already significant problems in the room. The mattresses were extremely hard, making it difficult for me to sleep, and I woke up every day with back pain. I reported this at the reception. The only "solution" offered to me was an additional blanket. No further assistance or room change was offered. Instead, I had the impression of being quickly processed.
The spa area was also in very poor condition. Of the two saunas available, one was completely broken and unusable. Additionally, the lighting in the sauna area was not working, making it dark there. It was particularly concerning that cables were hanging openly from the wall. The pool was also far too cold – in my estimation, just barely above 20 degrees – making prolonged swimming impossible.
The only sauna that was operational was only in service from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. These times directly overlap with dinner time and significantly restrict the use of the spa area. This circumstance was not mentioned in any hotel description. For a spa hotel that explicitly advertises its wellness area on all platforms, this is absolutely inadequate and disappointing.

As a spa and wellness hotel, it is a debacle.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. The only positive aspects are the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast, which was overall acceptable. However, this is not enough to offset the many negative points.
The staff at the reception was particularly disappointing. One searches in vain for friendliness and service orientation here – questions or comments were met with annoyance.
The mattresses are extremely hard, making restful sleep hardly possible. Instead of relaxation, we experienced back pain after just a few nights.
The parking arrangement is also outrageous: The parking lot already costs a hefty 30 € per day, and both the arrival and departure days are each charged as a full day. This results in disproportionately high costs. Additionally, one must pay extra for small items – bathrobes and additional towels also cost extra, which seems completely inappropriate given the already high prices.
However, the worst part was the pool and sauna area. The pool was clearly too cold – the stated 29.5 degrees definitely do not reflect reality. Several massage jets were not functioning.
Of the two advertised saunas, only one was usable; the other has allegedly been out of order for months. Additionally, the sauna is only open from 5 PM to 9 PM, making it practically unusable during the day. Particularly frustrating: During these short opening hours, dinner also takes place, further significantly reducing the actual usable time in the sauna area. In the relaxation area, most of the loungers were also broken – about 8 out of 10 were damaged or broken.
Overall, there is the impression that much is advertised, but on-site it does not correspond to the actual condition. For the price, there are significantly better alternatives.
