Wonderful stay in Toruń
Very nice hotel, with fantastic location. Rooms super nice and large. The hotel building and location is a tourist spot itself.

A very agreeable stay
We can really recommend this hotel which is centrally located within walking distance to the main areas in the old town. Our view from our room across to the old town wall was very special.
The staff were very personable attetive and capable. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel 1231 is the best place to stay if you’re seeing Torun.
No place better to stay than Hotel 1231 if you’re seeing Torun. It was highly recommended by Rick Steves and I can see why. The accommodations were comfortable and affordable.

Great location!
The hotel is in a great location in Torun with the view of the castle ruins. It’s within a walking distance to the the river and all attractions in the Old Town. Staff was friendly and efficient. Paid parking is is away from the hotel but within 5 min on foot. Breakfast was delicious! The only reason for 4 stars is the beds. My husband and I booked the room with 2 twin beds and they were very small, narrow and low to the ground, similar to the toddler beds.

Modern Room in a Medieval Town
We chose the modern building of the 1231 Hotel as we needed an elevator and modern amenities. It was a perfect choice...extremely comfortable room, good elevator, and pleasant breakfast buffet every morning. It was very close to the main street of the Old Town but quiet as it was on the outskirts of town (but within walking distance to everything). Don't miss the Teutonic Castle Ruins which are right next to 1231 Hotel.
