It is important to note that any hotel in Książ Castle, including this one, will not be staying in the castle, but in the castle grounds.
This hotel often has a view of Książ Castle right in front of its rooms.
No meals are recommended.
Half board allows you to enjoy a very luxurious and large meal.
However, dinner starts early and you have to go to the restaurant at 6pm at the latest.
Breakfast is also gorgeous and unique.
The amenities were adequate.
The room was also big enough for the price.
The front desk system was poor and there was not always someone there, and there were times when customers had to wait.

Unfortunately, I have big objections for organisation. I was visting the hotel during festival and it was bad from the very first experience. So after climbing up with my car (as I was directed by the gents from Security) I got to know that I need to move my car to the parking outside. Security man was very rude and snappy. Worth mentioning- guests from other hotels could park their cars there. So after I moved my car - I got to know that this outside parking isn't free of charge for hotel guests. What the heck? Only lady on the front desk - while seeing my anger, didn't add the charge to the room price.
Then : breakfast. We arrived at 9 am - still 1 hour to the end of serving time: there was barely nothing left on a table. Staff was bringing food but the quantities were so small that it was gone within 2 minutes. Very bad management.

Good value
If you are arriving into Slupsk by train, this hotel is around 20 minutes away. Alternative option would be a taxi. Located off the main road in a quiet location, the hotel doesn't look that impressive from the outside. However, for the price paid it was perfectly acceptable for one night. Room was a twin, quite spacious. Bathroom was OK, only downside was lack of shampoo/shower gel - all that was provided was a small tablet of soap. WiFi worked well.
I didn't take breakfast as I had left early. If taken it was from 07:00.
