wygodny apartament na kilka dni i dłużej
Bardzo wygodny i schludny apartament, z osobną sypialnią i pokojem dziennym z aneksem kuchennym. Łóżko bardzo wygodne.
wszystko nowiutkie i pachnące. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna... Można na piechotkę dotrzeć do wspaniałych restauracji.

BEWARE
Only stay here if you want your card to be robbed a few days after you have paid for shoddy accommodation! Booked a 1 bedroom apartment for £231 overall have been charged nearly £600 in 8 separate transactions. Booking.com don't help you at all as you have to take it up with landlord who doesn't like to answer the phone. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The most horrible experience!
I visited Budgetplus Key Apartements on December 2018 during Christmas vacations with my boyfriend.
When we arrived in Airport in the evening we reseived an email from the host about a last minute change in the address of our accommodation. The mail did not include instructions on how to get there, so we were trying to find the new spot without wifi access for 3 hours.
Finally we managed to find the location with the help of the locals. Nobody was there. We asked a neighbor to give a call to the host. After an hour the host came to the apartment. Needless to say that the room wasn't what we had booked. Τhe apartement was not very clean, but THE MOST serious problem was that the bed was BROKEN. We contacted the host to fix it, she told as the other day that someone would come to fix it. Nobody came as long as we were there. Also, we asked for invoice, we are still waiting for it!
DONT STAY THERE!

Bad experience in Poland
BEWARE!!! THIEFS! We booked through booking.com at Budgetplus Key Apartments from the 7th till the 11th of December 2018. These guys insisted to pay them the whole amount in cash upon check in. They never issued a receipt and never answered to our messages on whatsapp. The worst thing is that they overcharged our credit card a few days later. This was the worst experience ever abroad. Be careful and always ask for a receipt on the spot. It looks that these people are trying to make money by fraudulent means. Their payment policies are not clear on the Website and booking.com did not help at the end. They use to contact guests via whatsapp on purpose. Use an email address to communicate with them and always keep proof if you decide to stay there.

OMIJAĆ -KPINA
Rezerwacje zrobiliśmy przez aplikację internetową po wcześniejszej rozmowie telefonicznej. Po przybyciu na wskazany adres gdzie został zarezerwowany przez nas apartament, okazało się, że klucze musimy odebrać z innego adresu. Przy odbiorze kluczy poinformowano nas, że apartament znajduje się w miejscu odbioru kluczy, mimo iż rezerwacja była na inny adres (odpowiedni dla nas w związku z czynnościami służbowymi). Mimo, iż był gotówką ponieważ rezerwacje na tak krótki okres czasu nie są obsługiwane przez płatności internetowe, ponieważ trwa to zbyt długo. Po wejściu do niby "apartamentu" okazało się, że do apartamentu mu daleko. Smród papierosów (jwcześniej kontakt telefoniczny oczekiwaliśmy na pracownika biura. Zaraz po przybyciu, dowiedzieliśmy się, że musimy zapłacić estem alergikiem, więc miejsce z góry było dysklasyfikowane w związku ze zdrowiem, o czym obsługa była informowana wcześniej), odpadająca klamka od okna, zapadnięty materac, kolory wnętrza jak w tanim lokalu i wielka torba ze starą pościelą po ostatnich gościach na środku salonu. Pan, który przekazywał nam klucze czekał przy bankomacie na uiszczenie opłaty. Po zapoznaniu się z lokalem, przeprowadziliśmy gentelmeńską rozmowę, oddaliśmy klucze i zostalismy poinformowani, że opłata w związku z sytuacja nie będzie od nas pobierana -a jednak została. Kontakt z biurem abstrakcyjny! Brak odpowiedzi na meile, telefony, sms-y. Dopiero dodzwoniliśmy się po kilku dniach z innego telefonu i tak historia powtarzała się kilkukrotnie. Pieniądze nie zostały zwrócone. Kpina i tani żart! Podróżując po całym świecie i Polsce jest to pierwszy przypadek tego typu. Nie polecam!
