Very clean very safe would recommend

As a solo female traveller, room was basic but very clean and very safe. Good storage, a decent shower, and room was secure. They offered free tea/coffee and bottles of water which were replenished daily.
Location was a bit outside the centre of Warsaw but it was accessible on the bus. Bus stop was right outside the hotel for bus number 118.

Very medium

Outside showcase to see again very old, well done rooms and clean though the staff is like the outside aspect of the hotel not a smile looks like they are punished working at this hotel . Breakfast does not break paws at a very basic duck and really the minimum You even have to pay for coffee. They'd better stop making breakfasts because it's pathetic. 1 st morning breakfast from 7am to 7.15am we were still in the dark without light we finally understood that it was the little lady who prepares breakfasts who turns on the lights in the room... The little boy was sitting at the reception playing with his phone and especially not to disturb him. Leaving at the end of our stay not even goodbye and thank you.

Mokotow: only when in dire need

1. Rooms: very good. With fridge
2. Surprise: i booked a room because of the restaurant. Upon my arrival: restaurant closed for indefinite time. As is also breakfast
3. No elevator. Hotel has only a second floor, has to haul luggage 2 flights up and down
4. Calm area, however no restaurant nearby. Has to walk 15 minutes to Puwafska, and then to town
5. One convenience store 200 m away
6. Bus stop in front of the hotel

In Mokotów

Very nice rooms, as well as bathrooms, there is also a restaurant and a bar on site.. Quite a decent hotel. Internet, fast. Clean and warm, basically nothing is missing except an elevator. Public parking on the street. 24-hour reception.

Bad service, poor value for money

Run-down property with a few superficial finishings to make it look like a hipster haven. Beds are old, in-room amenities not reliably replenished, and if they weren't replenished good luck getting replenishment from the front desk (it's not stocked either). No restaurants nearby, so you'll have to wait until their cafe opens at noon before you can grab a breakfast. Overpriced by 2x. Would expect this place to be $30/night, not $75/night. Do yourself a favor and book one of the downtown high-rise hotels for the same price with a tons more amenities and food/shopping options nearby.
