Fabulous hotel. Helpful, friendly staff. We were travelling with my Mum who has mobility issues and they could not do enough to help her. Our rooms were the standard doubles but they were very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel could not be better located right in the centre of Warsaw opposite the Palace of Culture. The metro is literally across the road, the tram stop and bus stop are right outside the door and the city sightseeing bus stops just round the corner so you can get anywhere very easily. Although Warsaw is very walkable and all the main attractions are not far from the centre. The food in the hotel is excellent, the breakfast had a huge choice of warm and cold foods. The bar menu was more limited in choice but the quality was top notch and there was something to suit everyone. Would highly recommend and would definately return in future.

Fantastic location!. The staff were amazing the whole time. Breakfast spread was impressive! Bar food was fantastic and they had amazing (hot) chips. Room and hotel were clean. Literal only down side was that the gym was so small. I would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful hotel, very good service, and perfect location, near shopping, restaurant and easy access to transportation, local tramps and busses. Recommend highly.

The location couldn't be better. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable
