Our room in the Praga district. the neighborhood is not too good but there was no problem. Do not be afraid. Horrible stairs, and little bit cold room. Location was good near 13 and 6 trams. Old town 10 minutes. Comfortly beds.

THE MAN WHO OWNS THIS IS A CROOK!!!

Do not book here you will regret it! we arrived last friday, were checked into a room and it was the total wrong room. we booked the studio as it has a sofa bed and my wife is pregnant and we have a 1 year old. we were booked into a twin room with a mezzanine floor. we rang the owner and he said there was only 2 of us (even though there was 3) so we would get the room we were given! he refused to come see us and sent a young guy who had no clue what to say other than he reckoned this was the right room! anyway long story short he said if we can find anywhere else he would refund us the money, we did found somewhere else on the other side of town, and guess what he put us down as a no show and is now refusing the refund!!
SERIOUSLY THOUGH IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BOOKING HERE DONT! THE AREA IS ALSO HORRIBLE AND THERE IS A SHOP WHERE THERE ARE GANGS OF GIRLS AND BOYS HANGING AROUND AND ARE VERY INTIMIDATING. luckily we just jumped in a taxi and were out of there!

Really bad quarter!

My girlfriend and me were in Szmulson during the first days of october. The "hostel" was located in Praga quarter, known to be the most dangerous quater in the city, and the hostel was in the worst place of Praga. Drunk people, drugdealers around the hostel...the advice from the polish people was: walk looking to your feet and dont look the people.
The owner dont talk to you, he only gives the wifi password and the check out time.
Beds are really bad and we had back pain for one week.
They dont give to you toilette paper and there is not a proper kitchen.
Completely chaos!!

Budget place nice comfort

Cozy little room with kitchenette. Quiet room and neighborhood. There is no heater in the room. Good value for the price. Wifi not accessible on phone, only on computer. Close to tram stop. Direct connection to city centre. Att! the tram may have delays even 30 minutes.

Great value for the price if you are not staying too long :)

The hotel is not far from the city center and the tram station is very close. The room itself is nice as well, stylish and cosy, with just enough utensils to prepare a breakfast. I don't think you can get a better deal for the price. However, I would not recommend the hotel for longer stays, since there is no room cleaning and you will be stuck with dirty pavements after a week or so.
