Great location, but not quite a four-star experience
The hotel has an excellent central location, very close to Ostrów Tumski, Hala Targowa and tram stops, with the Old Town and Rynek only about a five-minute walk away.
Our twin room was very spacious, with plenty of storage, and the bathroom was also a good size. It was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The hotel was clean, smelled pleasant, and the reception staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, the twin beds were extremely narrow and uncomfortable. My husband had to be very careful not to fall off the bed during the night.
For a four-star hotel, the amenities were also disappointing. The bathroom only provided combined shower gel/shampoo, hand soap and shower caps. There was no body lotion or other basic toiletries. There was also no iron or ironing board in the room — we had to request one.
The door couldn't be properly locked from inside, which would be concerning for a solo traveller, and the curtains weren't blackout, letting in quite a lot of morning light. There is no gym or spa, only a sauna.
Breakfast was average rather than luxurious, with a somewhat limited choice of bread, sweet and healthier options.
Overall, a clean hotel with a fantastic location and lovely reception staff, but several details could be improved to meet four-star expectations.

Good and clean. Room equipment was not very good, poor hair dryer, no coffee in room, no iron in room.

I highly recommend this hotel—it exceeded all our expectations!
Unbeatable Location: Situated in a wonderfully quiet spot, yet incredibly central and steps away from great restaurants, bars, and the beautiful river. It’s perfect for both exploring and scenic strolls.
Excellent Rooms & Breakfast: Our room was large, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day.
Outstanding Staff: The staff were the absolute best part of the hotel. They were incredibly helpful with local suggestions and genuinely cared about our stay, always checking in to ensure we were okay whenever we left for the day.
Between the peaceful location, superb food, and wonderful service, we will absolutely be returning!
