Attention is not compatible with 5 stars
The hotel is in the best possible location, room wide and comfortable but is not 5 stars mainly by service. On arrival we were not well served at check-in, then we went to lunch in the hotel restaurant and again the service was nothing cordial and the breakfast the same thing. There is no 5-star hotel with rude customer service. All the ibis I stayed in my life I was treated with more kindness than this hotel.

Noisy hotel, disturbed sleep at night
From a hotel, I expect first and foremost a clean room and undisturbed sleep. The former is provided here, but when at night until the early morning hours (it is now 5:30 AM!) music is blaring in the room and in the hallway and the source of the noise cannot be identified, then something is wrong with the hotel! The soundproofing from the outside is great, but the hotel is made of a lot of reinforced concrete, which conducts sound very well. That extremely disturbs sleep.
Otherwise: Here, the concept of a budget hotel is supposed to be elevated to a 5-star level. That works with limitations. The rooms are nicely furnished, have a few gimmicks with the lighting. The general impression in the hotel is, to put it kindly, "practical": Simple hallways, painted concrete walls, lighting from the hardware store. Appropriate for the price, but a 5-star feeling does not arise here.

Modern and well-located hotel
The hotel is ideally located for visiting the city. Our room was very beautiful, large, and quiet because we were at the end of the hallway. The breakfast was very good.
