Comfortable with high rated restaurant

This hotel is amazing! I've stayed in many hotels in Poland and Europe (Greece, Italy, Spain), but this one is truly wonderful. My room was comfortable, neatly decorated, and convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is fantastic, and the dishes are delicious—with a regional character, but the flavors are perfectly matched (ordered burger, and from regional cuisine - babka ziemniaczana and Marcinek z Hajnówki - in comparison with other restaurants here the dishes were 10/10). I really recommend this place if you stay in Białystok. You must visit their restaurant!

Average hotel with a great restaurant.

A hotel like no other. Renovated rooms, nice ladies at the reception, clean but rather modest. Small but comfortable rooms and unfortunately a small bathroom.
Overall, the hotel is average, but the restaurant located here suggests an increase in the overall rating to very good. We spent 3 nights here and it can be said that it is a good base for exploring Podlasie.

Worse than I could have hoped.

Cockroaches in the room I can actually handle and somewhat expect of a hotel of this calibre.
However a business model that relies on tricking your guests about the prices and then harassing family and trying to blackmail you by threatening to charge the receptionist due to unwillingness to pay double what was advertised is something I will not stand for.
I've been in a couple of horrendous hotels in my time but this one easily takes the cake.
If you can find an empty cardboard box to stay in, it would be recommended over this trash.
Good luck if you do choose this one though, you may need it.

Ok hotel

This hotel was ok for me for one night. They are pet friendly so I had my cats with me. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast is nice though the breakfast room is very tiny and when there are many people it gets very crowded. So I recommend if you need a place to sleep.

Generalny hotel is nice at the first look. Rubish left on the corridor by guests won’t be cleaned often unfortunately. After long journey I arrived hungry and went straight down to the restaurant. I asked for a menu and here I got hit by a brick. I was told by person looking like a chef that his busy with other guests and he has no time to serve me with menu!
I was told to wait. Fear play. I waited,waited,waited and finally had to leave and order food from local takeaway. I’m taking one star away from this place.
