Lovely stay
The location is great, 5 minute walk to the lovely down. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 3rd floor with fantastic mountain views.
The room was quite large, bathroom tiny, had a balcony which was lovely. Would have been nice it they had put a table & chairs out there.
Was hard to get on the wifi, but when we managed it worked well. Lots of different networks to pick up depending on where you are in hotel.
Breakfast not great, instant coffee and not much choice. As we were cycling I would have liked a banana but only fresh fruit available were apples.
As we stayed as part of a cycle holiday this hotel was included in our package. I then looked up prices and average price to stay one night for two people was around £45 to £50. Which I think is good value. Saying that I have not looked at prices for other hotels in the area.
They were meant to have a bar in hotel, but never ever saw it open!
When we arrived I did pop down to reception and ask for map. They were struggling to find one. After 5 mins they found one & marked hotel etc.
The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Such a bad experience never again
A very small bathroom with a confining shower cubicle (if you did not alter the water temperature with your left elbow, you hit the glass wall with the other one), only bath towels and soap. No shampoo, no shower gel, no face cloth, no small towel. After a descent to the reception, I got shampoo and a small towel.
A "fiesta" started about 20:00, to last until 01:30. We enjoyed the bass notes from the start until the end, although our room was located at the other extremity of the hotel. And, to add insult to injury, at 00:00 until 01:00 the partying guests started singing. That was our quiet night. As there is no phone in the room, we could not call the reception, and in order to open the door, you had to cut the electricity; at that time of the night it is rather dark to walk about in darkness.
The next morning, we had a small breakfast , fresh, but very restricted; no fresh fruit for instance, no enjoyable coffee (something that reminded me of my High School time, and that for a hotel in a region where fruit is not expensive at all.
Two positive points : the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful (although she did not understand one word in English (thank you, Google, for Google Translate), and the WiFi works flawlessly and fast.
