Fabulous

We've just returned from a fantastic stay at Well Hotel and Spa. The staff were unfailingly kind and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable & spacious & breakfast was delicious. It was our first time in this region of Portugal. It's so wonderfully laid-back. We'll definitely be returning.

From 80 to 8. A bad repetition.

After a very pleasant first visit, the second visit went frankly bad and we will hardly return to the hotel.
More pleasant points: Location, indoor pool and breakfast.
Room without window, without any prior notice.
Air conditioning very noisy and impossible to use during the stay. After requesting intervention at the reception, the only answer given was the suggestion to only turn on the air conditioning when we were not in the room.
Toilet floor very dangerous even for the most careful people, the wet or wet floor gets extremely slippery, unfortunately our daughter even came to fall back and hit the ground with her head.

Hotel response

Sra. Ana,
Garantimos a melhoria constante, especialmente neste aspeto.
Obrigada!
A equipa do Well Hotel & Spa
