Beautiful room, extra kitchen.

A week in this three-star hotel, pure happiness. Outdoor infinity pool, indoor pool, extraordinary bar, in the evening the buffet was waiting for us, an unforgettable week. Bravo also thanks to the whole team.

Lack of Professionalism

Initially we had an extremely negative experience in this hotel. We paid about 120€ for a stay that was an authentic disappointment: poor service, degraded facilities, works in the bathrooms of the indoor pool, cold, lack of conditions to use the spaces and a room with views of the hotel's backdrop / garbage. The breakfast also left much to be desired, with little variety and lack of rest even within the schedule.
After the review we left, we were contacted by the manager, Mr. Shata, who apologized for the situation and acknowledged that the hotel was going through a complicated phase. As a form of compensation, he offered us a free night to try to have a different experience and regain confidence in the hotel.
For several days he insisted on us to set the date and also asked us to remove the negative review from Booking, ensuring that after the new stay we could leave a new more fair and updated opinion.
We trusted the word given. We removed the review after this insistence and since then we have simply ceased to have any response. The manager stopped answering calls, stopped answering messages and never confirmed the promised reservation.
The most serious in this situation is not only the bad initial experience, but the lack of professionalism, consideration and honesty demonstrated later. It is unfortunate that a customer is encouraged to remove legitimate criticism with promises that are not fulfilled.
Unfortunately, this second attitude ended up leaving an image even worse than the very stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, dinner for groups one-sided and not served hot, could be better.

I RECOMMEND IT

This hotel is a hit, a 10/10 We took the double bed suit with sea views and it was wonderful, it was very clean as well as the bathroom, a very spacious room with various supports to place bags and other belongings, and spectacular views, we saw an unforgettable sunrise ☺️
As for the staff, both the reception and bar staff were very professional, they provided quality care resolving every detail that was requested and always with a good smile.

Bad.

Hotel that has 3 stars leaves much to be desired air conditioning that did not work lamp also not phone broken all this in the room did not work, unfinished room cleaning. Already on the outside in the loungers contained mud , walking path of access to the swimming pool poorly cared for and with rancid and weeds among the stones , in the indoor pool the jacuzzi are working at less than 50% many of the jets do not even work and the water of the indoor pool contained a lot of color . I left complaint made in the book. And I will not return nor recommend.
