We stayed 5 days and the location, service, room,, breakfast, and overall experience was great! No complaints. The owner even came out to take care of a guest who was bleeding due to a stubbed toe. I totally recommend this hotel!

FINE HOTEL - PITY ABOUT THE ROOM

Hotel Baía has a lot of great qualities.
It is set in a prime location in the centre of Cascais overlooking the bay.
It has a wonderful rooftop area with loungers, snack bar and a small pool.
Its breakfast area and options are excellent.
It is clean and its staff are pleasant and helpful.
The only downside is that not all rooms are the same so be careful what you book. We booked a Family Room City View for five nights as there were 3 of us staying. Unfortunately the two adjoining first-floor rooms were small and badly designed with a view, not of the town, but of a wall at the back (see photos). The room felt more like a dungeon than a bright holiday base. While the staff member I dealt with was pleasant and took note of my complaint, no one got back to me and the personal follow-up you would likely get in a smaller hotel was lacking.
I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay to book a room in the front with a sea view. It may cost more but will greatly enhance your holiday experience. Avoid the Family Room City View at all costs!

not worth the money

hotel needs a lot of work done to the rooms and hallways, only the bar area and rooftop are of an appropriate standard. some of the staff are nice, some have an attitude problem. breakfast is decent enough. the older man who works at the bar is very good at his job and is very friendly and nice to speak to, he is also a very hard worker. the noise that can be heard in the room at night from the irish bar is absolutely shocking, you can also hear every bit of noise from the street. american guests in the balcony below us were out in their balcony drinking until 6am one night and were so so loud, we could every bit of noise from them and didnt get a wink of sleep because of this

Wonderful spa and exceptional staff
I had a fantastic stay at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. The spa was one of the highlights—clean, peaceful and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Lisbon. The facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to completely unwind.
What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience feel welcoming from beginning to end. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing spa experience in Lisbon.

Ideal location in Cascais

Ideal beachfront location right in front and right in the center to enjoy everything and do everything on foot
Too bad the ocean is frozen (19/20°) in the middle of August!
Fortunately the rooftop swimming pool allows you to swim and enjoy the superb view of the entire bay of Cascais.
All rooms have sea views and balconies. Comfortable bedding, good size bathroom, the room surface is in the low range. Good insulation between rooms, nothing can be heard on / sides
On the other hand the position in the city center can be a source of noise nuisance evenings and mornings, garbage collectors, concert... You won't suffer if you sleep with your windows closed.
Full and varied breakfast. Nice to take it on the terrace with sea view
Welcoming, smiling staff
Significant UK clientele
Careful decoration of common areas
Parking under the hotel offered by booking on site
I recommend
