Positivity

Hello everyone, I was impressed by the courtesy, kindness and helpfulness of everyone at this property. I stayed at this hotel with group of friends at the end of August for 4 days. The owners and the staff strive for the comfort of the guests. Breakfast and dinner plentiful and varied , clean rooms and certainly above the norm of a normal 3 star . Already from the contact e-mails you could understand that there was attention to the needs of the customer and from the e-mails to the reality 'yes and' only confirmed the impression of kindness. Definitely positive experience and will definitely return

Has everything to be and should be better

It has everything to be better, but:
For: Nice building for view, location and views over the sanctuary, from the bedroom terrace, superb. Room spacious, nice, very well cleaned by the friendly ladies of cleaning, great common spaces and very clean, great garage.
Against: Expensive for the quality offered. Reactionists in need of a recycling in public relations with the client (with the exception of a young woman), old toilet and with amenities of bags?? room with basic furniture (and it is a deluxe) door of the room with key (residential type?? It is (a 3 star balls), air conditioning now works, now does not work and on the terrace beyond the chair, it is suggested a support table, with little sound insulation, breakfast (could and should be better, more diverse), but with good and great room employees.
Suggest: Corrigin, as they could be a very good hotel.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hotel well located, clean rooms and attentive staff.
Unfortunately, the whole experience was deeply stained by the attitude of the owner, Maria da Luz, who revealed an arrogant, unprofessional behavior and lacking basic principles of respect for the customer.
The most serious — and absolutely unacceptable — was the misuse of personal data required at check-in. The owner took the freedom to directly contact a guest of the group after the stay, to hostily communicate that we were not welcome at the hotel. This type of approach constitutes a clear breach of trust and privacy.
It should be noted that it was a family group of 5 people, including our mother, a person with disabilities, a wheelchair dependent, and who needed a room adapted to ensure minimum conditions of comfort and safety — something that was readily understood and facilitated by the reception staff, with professionalism and empathy.
During the stay, we limited ourselves to making absolutely normal and legitimate requests: we asked, with all cordiality, if it would be possible to repair a locker that did not close completely (allowing the entrance of excessive light in the morning), we ordered a coffee, because the machine was off, and we asked about the availability of a room with bathroom more affordable for our mother.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, justifies the owner’s disproportionate and aggressive attitude, much less the use of personal data for a subsequent contact of a intimidating nature.
It remains a word of sincere appreciation for the employees, who, despite the context, have demonstrated professionalism and humanity. It is hard not to imagine that many similar situations end up being silenced.

Basic but adequete

A clean and friendly family run hotel. During our one night stay the bar and restaurant were not open due to staff shortage. It did feel a little like we were doing penance. The breakfast was adequete but nothin gto write home about. The candlelit procession is a sight to be seen.
