Amazing staaf + great place

Residencial do Vale is in a very good location. There is a nice view from the terrace, breakfast is good and the overall accommodation very convenient. The staaf (André) was one of the best hosts I´ve ever met. His tips for visits and food were great and it was very pleasant to chat with him in the evening.

Exceptional

This was our first time in Madeira. We chose this place because of its proximity to the airport and the excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed.
André, the owner, is an exceptionally kind person who took care of every little detail for us. The place is very clean, and breakfast is served in a bright lower-ground dining area. The rooms are spotless, and the views are stunning.
We celebrated my husband's birthday during our stay, and André kindly surprised him with a bottle of wine. He also spent about an hour with us, recommending places to visit and things to do during our stay.
The city centre is within walking distance, although we would recommend taking a taxi back because of the steep uphill climb.
We highly recommend this place and give it 5 stars for its friendly service, fair treatment, and outstanding cleanliness.

Excellent stay in Madeira

Nora ,Andre and their staff were excellent.The accommodation is bright ,clean and comfortable .Breakfast was really good with fresh ,nutritious options .Both Nora and Andre were incredibly kind and helpful and shared ideas for trips and eating suggestions.Their connections and company were top standard and we would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Madeira .Míle buíochas Sean and Anne

A central place to visit FUNCHAL

The welcome is effective and the advice of Norah and André are top, with very good addresses, frequented by locals. The rooms are well appointed, spacious. There is free parking for cars right in front.
You just need good shoes, because the slope is pretty steep.
