The hotel staff: lovely. Quality/price: very good

The staff at the hotel are lovely, particularly Zady, a very friendly and friendly woman.
Price quality ratio is correct. The location is good and quiet. We were very good and had a great time.

Bad even considering quality-price

For the price sincerely did not have many expectations, but still I would like to mention some points that I found less positive, such as the bad smell that is felt in all the spaces of the Hotel (the mold, I think) and the fact that it is very cold, from the reception, to the corridors and breakfast area, having been very unpleasant to take breakfast in a frozen room and with a fusible about to blow up, even to the fact that the receptionist has come to the breakfast room and is in the back office as well as at the check-out 10h the receptionist was also very bad having been made a payment request (since the reservation had already been paid by the extranet of the booking) as well as the fact that the receptionist at 18h already had the doors of the hotel locked and was in the back office as well as at the check-out 10h the receptionist was also found “in” the office back.
It was requested to send an invoice, which I still find waiting for delivery.
In short, we felt badly received (which if it had otherwise maybe made us ignore the structural problems of the Hotel) as well as for a person with asthma and rhinitis is not of all the best space.

A clean place, with very friendly workers.

Very er very friendly workers.
Right breakfast, the shame is that people abuse and throw food please and kids running on break times...
All very clean.
Hearty towels per person.
The only one sticks the mattress that touched me.

We like it very much

Very friendly and attentive reception, free parking in the hotel, jacuzzi, swimming pool and game room appreciated, we liked huge of everything, breakfast included with a lot of variety and all fresh.
Beautiful spaces and spacious room.
