Another fine Hilton Hotel.
We visited here in early july 26 and stayed just for two nights as part of a whistle stop visit to Porto and Lisbon. What a lovely hotel. Clean, Modern, big rooms with a really comfy bed. I slept like a log. The staff we met seemed friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty and overseen by possibly the happiest man I've ever met. Sadly I didn't get his name but whoever he is he's a credit to your hotel. Our room was up on the 5th floor and at the back away from the busy roundabout outside. But our view was impressive over the rear sculptured gardens of other properties. At the front of the hotel is by far the most impressive roundabout I've ever seen. Its huge with a giant statue in its centre. To the left side are the equally impressive Eduardo 7th gardens and across the roundabout the long straight tree lined Avenida de Liberdade with all its designer boutiques and impressive facades. This leads down into the shopping district of Lisbon and its cafe lined streets full of different flavours. The HF Fenix Lisboa is the perfect spot to explore this wonderful city. Portugal itself is a beautiful country which we have very much fallen in love with and cannot wait to return. Next time we,ll bring friends.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Lisbon
We stayed at this hotel in August and we we're happy with the welcome given by all the staff especially the reception. (Anasiacia)
The check in was very quick and any issues were resolved straight way.
We had been provide a small room at first but we're offered an upgrade for a larger suite.
We took the opportunity and loved our stay.
The site we were offered was spacey with a second room and a very large balcony, fairly large bathroom was modern and all amenities supplied from body wash, shampoo, body cream, water, fridge, bathrobes and slippers. Towels.
Mini fridge with a paid stocked fridge.
Iron and board supplied in request.
The room was cleaned every day and was spotless like the rest of the hotel.
They are renovating the hotel but this does not disturb you.
The hotel has a resturant which was excellent for breakfast. It would be nice to see all choices labeled.
Improvements on menu for the evening would be good.
Not enough veg options, vegan option and meat / Chicken options.
The hotel is situated in a great location.
Opposite the hotel you can catch regular buses as well as the city tour buses which is convenient.
The center is a 15 to 20 minute walk and has many resturants.
There are many restaurants near by too which are well worth a visit.

Fair Is Best Description
This is reasonable place at a good location and a fair price. Room was pleasant and very clean if not luxurious. Public rooms were smart and staff were all excellent. The breakfast buffet is extensive and pleasant typically continental. My suite had tea and coffee making which is not always the case in European hotels. The lifts are a bit ancient and slow they are small for size of hotel. air Conditioning exists but is not the best during very hot spells.

Hotel accommodations were fine. Typical breakfast. Dinner was awful. Couldn’t even cut the chicken. Stay here. Eat elsewhere.

The hotel’s only real advantage is its location. Unfortunately, the property feels extremely dated and in need of major upgrades. The hallways had dark, musty carpets, and the rooms showed noticeable wear, including scratched floors and worn doors.
Service was also disappointing. We called reception requesting cutlery and plates for our Uber Eats order, were told they would send them up, but nothing ever arrived. Overall, the staff were unhelpful and the stay did not meet expectations.
