Excellent hotel

Clean and beautiful room with all facilities . Washroom is super clean .standard breakfast with limited options (not bad ) .location is in a silent neighborhood.hotel staff helped to keep the baggage after check out time even though the facility is not available .keeping one bottle of water will be nice .

Not Fit for an Imperator!

An Imperator wouldn't want to stay here!
The room is very small, with barely enough space for luggage. The beds are quite narrow, and there is essentially no view from the room. The bathroom is adequate.
The walls are too thin, so you can easily hear people talking in neighboring rooms.
The breakfast selection is limited and includes tomatoes, cucumbers, cold cuts, fruit salad, and pastries.

BAD STAFF, decent facility

The structure is pleasant, but the experience was disappointing.
Breakfast was scarce and little varied; moreover, the opening hours (from 7:30) are not compatible with those who have to leave early for excursions, making it impossible to use them on several occasions.
The most unpleasant episode occurred on the last evening, when, returning to the room, we noticed the absence of an envelope containing gluten-free products that we had brought with us. After reporting the incident to the staff, we found no particular understanding or professionalism in the management of the situation. Only after insistence were we able to get a refund for the contents of the envelope, but without really recognizing the seriousness of what happened.

Cute but not enough!

Fair structure but very poor breakfast, especially for those with intolerances. One of our bags with gluten-free products was thrown away, creating considerable discomfort. The manager has reimbursed, but the attention to guests should definitely be improved

Great location

Hotel with dated decor, but spotless. Strategic location, close to metro, bus and taxi to reach the city center conveniently.
