Great choice for hotel in Lisbon

We stayed at the NEYA Hotel as part of our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by extremely friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home.
The rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the city by Uber and public transportation, while still being situated in a quieter neighborhood away from the busy and sometimes loud city center.
We would highly recommend choosing NEYA Hotel for your stay in Lisbon. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to stay with the NEYA Hotel group again when we visit Porto!

Great Stay

We stayed at the Neya Lisboa for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted graciously and taken care of promptly with our rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold items. The rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. The staff was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Naquib at the front desk, who greeted us upon arrival. He was so kind and went out of his way to make us feel special and welcomed.

The stay was acceptable; the facilities in general are fine, the room was large but had several things that didn't work, we had 2 TVs, but neither had the possibility to connect to watch content (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), added to the fact that there was no good internet connection, we had to use mobile internet.
The room was prepared for 1 person only, there were towels missing in the bathroom, they didn't leave us water, when reception told us that there was, we didn't have anything in the minibar, they never refilled our coffee or tea.
On the other hand, the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

A good trip.

Clean, beautiful, and quiet hotel at all hours.
All the staff is very kind and competent. Furthermore, the hotel is very well located in the city.
