I would return without hesitation.

Very kind staff, they welcomed us warmly and with great courtesy, accompanying us to our assigned room.
Perfect breakfast with a truly well-trained staff, the pastries were good and the savory options were very good.
Clean, comfortable room located on the seventh floor with a balcony overlooking the main street. The cleaning was done very well and regularly. No noise could be heard from the outside.
Unfortunately, the room keys were not working punctually every two days. A nuisance that it would be good if it never happened in a 4-star hotel.

right compromise

Hotel in a fairly convenient location, about 500 meters from the subway station. The interiors are clean, perhaps a bit in need of modernization, especially the bathrooms. Unfortunately, in our room there were no outlets to charge cell phones near the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. We were staying on the seventh floor and the view was really very beautiful. The breakfast is quite abundant and varied. The staff is friendly and also helpful. Overall a hotel that I recommend, in an intermediate location between the airport and the center.

Good service

An old hotel, but one that maintains the quality of service and customer care. The breakfast is one of the best we have found lately, even with local products. The rooms are clean, although some minor repairs to the faucets would be advisable. The hotel is located in a quiet and well-connected area. A good option for spending several days.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, BE CAREFUL

Be very careful when booking with this hotel. Due to a booking confirmation issue, I ended up with two identical reservations for the same dates and was charged twice. I reported the problem immediately after discovering it and more than six weeks before my arrival date, but the hotel refused to refund the duplicate reservation. Instead of helping resolve an obvious mistake, they relied on their non-refundable policy and kept both payments.
