A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the remaining value of the booking must be paid at check-in. Guests wishing to pay the reservation via bank transfer should inform the property through the Special Requests box. Please note: The decor of the apartments vary from each other. Please note that all guests will have to present a credit card at the check-in time for guaranteeing extras or eventual damages. Please note that cleaning in the apartments is made every 3 days, towels are changed twice every week and sheets are changed once every week.
