Good but cold atmosphere
The terrace and the pool are a plus.
There was a lack of bread and coffee in the morning. Some people had to eat cereal.
It is quite far from the center. On the other hand, parking is easier to find.

Great place with a chilled vibe
This was a return visit for me, I stayed here in the summer [August] and came back this winter.
It is exactly as a hostel should be, budget friendly, sociable and light hearted.
Both times I stayed in the women’s dorm which is clean and comfortable. You make your own bed which keeps the costs down.
Things I love about the hostel
• sunrise from the terrace
• meeting interesting people
• staff are helpful, kind and friendly who offer advice about the island
• comfortable beds with good head height
• curtains on the beds for privacy
• the rooms and shared spaces are cleaned daily
• free parking outside
• use of kitchen and fridge

Good Experience at hostel Azor Azul
Amazing view from the terrace to the ocean.
Good Breakfast: Bread, cheese, ham, butter, jam, milk,cereals, coffe, tea,iogurts and cookies.

Amazing stay, pool and terrace were the highlights of the hostel
The staff were helpful with tips and the location made it easy to discover the island’s beauty because you can park the car for free right in front.
There is a huge terrace on top and a pool that you can enjoy, also free breakfast for everyone that stays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, social, and comfortable place to stay in the Azores!
