The location of the hotel is excellent, its staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very welcoming.

Nice central hotel

Great reception at check-in and also at departure with kindness and smiles as well as assistance with taxi to the airport.
The staff in general is very service minded and with a nice humor.
Rooms look nice and clean everywhere.
Breakfast covers what is needed to start the day.
The hotel is very centrally located in walking distance to most.
There is a cellar underneath the hotel for free parking for guests on site.
All in all a lovely place that we would like to return to the next time we visit Ponta Delgada.

TO AVOID IF WE CAN

What to say about this shabby hotel where everything would be done again starting with bedding. Breakfast takes place in a very noisy room with very very low-end products. We are not difficult but even comparing the quality / price ratio, the account is not there. It's clean, it's already clean. It's downtown, another good point. These are both from my bill.

- Careful, friendly and helpful staff
- Comfortable beds and pillows
- In the city centre
- Repeat breakfast but q.b.
- Many TV channels
Negative points
- Parking is private but super narrow, only there we parked on the first night
- Stained bed sheets on the first night
- Super small Polivan
- All carpeted and old floor
- Poor sound insulation
- Lots of light at night
- Put a bottle of water in the room when we first enter at 1.50€ when we have a supermarket right out of the hotel
- Horrible quality/price ratio, we paid in Lisbon 85€ a night in a 5 star hotel
