Great vacation right by the water

Very nice hotel located right on the water. Had a spacious room with a balcony. Breakfast was first-class. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. We will definitely come back to Torreira.

Better than average dinner

The hotel is a bit dated and the exterior facade needs to be renovated, but the rooms are nice and clean. The dinner is better than average. Breakfast is also very good. I recommend half board.

Nice place for a short stay

The house is in a very impressive location, and the view from the room over the Ria is spectacular. We were received appropriately; the beach area was not usable, and the pool area also appeared unkempt. Upon our arrival at the beginning of July, the terrace had not yet been cleaned; sitting outside was not intended. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and the server, despite being alone with fully occupied tables, was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pousada Ria - Aveiro. The hotel is beautifully situated by the water with lovely views of the ocean bay, and the building itself is nice and has a convenient parking lot. Our room was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean.
The front desk representative was especially helpful and welcoming. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience - we’d gladly return.
