The building need love but they giving, painting and more. Casino remodeling. Hotel was in good shape room good but need a little love. We enjoy the stay.

Great Service, Room(s) for Improvement

I stayed here for a few nights during a week-long conference in Puerto Rico. The staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay. On my first night, I had an issue with the door lock sticking, which made me feel uncomfortable as I was traveling alone. The staff handled it promptly and professionally, switching my room with no hesitation and even sending someone to assist with moving my bags.
While the service was excellent, the property itself could use a bit of TLC, as it does feel somewhat run down. With some updates, this hotel could really match the level of care and hospitality provided by its staff.

Fantastic location with outstanding amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Denny’s on-site, and the food exceeded expectations. The coffee shop also offered a great variety of beverages and alternatives. An added bonus is the availability of washer and dryer facilities, making it convenient to take care of laundry during your stay.

Only stayed one night but hotel was clean and quiet. Room was very nice. The only problem I had was getting from airport to hotel. Could not seem to connect to front desk. Security guard at airport tried for an hour but also was unsucessful. Only option available was to walk to hotel and that was not easy hauling luggage.
